Sure, you have the likes of Corvette, Mustang, and the Challenger, but there’s no denying the playful appeal of the Chevy Camaro that transcends age and class. Did you know that the Camaro has the most number of fans on Facebook with more than 1.8 million fans? In terms of sales, the Camaro has consistently topped the list for years. Even if the Camaro starts at $25,905, car buyers and enthusiasts look at the Camaro in a different light.
And who would ever forget the turn of Camaro to become a ‘transformer’, playing Bumblebee in many Transformer films. All these are reasons that validate the standing of the Camaro as America’s most popular and loved sports car. Lebron and his white 2010 Camaro SS
This guy knows how to impress on and off the basketball court. And one way to show off his skills and brand is through a collection of the best cars. One of the classic sports cars in the list is the white 2010 Camaro SS, all done in white, except for some accents like tinted windows, gloss black emblem, and the thin black pinstripe racing stripes. Powered by a V6 engine, for the base model, the Camaro SS gets 304 horsepower, and can move from 0 to 60 mph in just 4.8 seconds. The ‘King’ clearly knows what he likes, and the Camaro truly reflects his commitment to performance!
Victor Ramirez and his orange convertible Camaro
The great thing about the convertible Camaro is that it provides its driver with flexibility when enjoying the road or track. And this is exactly what Victor Ramirez felt when driving his red convertible Camaro. Martinez already loves his fifth-generation Camaro SS thanks to its muscular looks and performance, but Ramirez still submitted the car to MC Customs for some tweaks and modifications, and we loved the final result. From the performance to its exterior look, everything about this convertible was a hit. Our only concern was the addition of chrome exhaust, which we think is out of place.
Asdrubal Cabrera and the orange Camaro
Just like Victor Ramirez, Asdrubal Cabrera of the Cleveland Indians also love the Camaro, and took the initiative to send his Camaro to the same tuning house, MC Customs in Miami, Florida. The Florida-based tuning shop threw almost everything on this orange Camaro to come up with a bold and loud sports car. While this is designed as a high-performance sports car, the design and tweaks made may not be recommended for everybody. The sound system is loud and clear, and the wheels are too crazy even for the Camaro standards. Whatever the case, this is Cabrera’s car, and he definitely loves the ride!
Matte red Camaro from Kevin Durant
When not shooting hoops and playing defense, Kevin Durant will be seen driving one of his favorite sports cars, a matte red Chevy Camaro. Driving a red sports car and a Camaro at that is definitely a bold statement on and off the road, and Durant surely knows how to impress. This is a 2011 Camaro, and from what we’ve learned, this 2011 Camaro version is available in either a V6 or a V8 engine. And with a power production of 312 horses, this 2011 Camaro is definitely a standout on the road.
David Beckham and Camaro
We know that David Beckham owns a number of cars, but what we truly love in his fleet of cars is the 2010 Chevy Camaro. Beckham surely knows his sports car, and this is the reason why he chose to customize the sports car. The job of customizing and tweaking the car fell in the able hands of Platinum Motorsports, a tuning shop based in Los Angeles. This sports car comes in a matte gray finish, and from what we’ve seen based on the pictures, David chose the Agetro V500 wheels, available in all matte black finish. Other modifications are tinted windows and blackout grille.
