Classic 2nd gen 1971 Chevrolet Camaro project car For Sale.

This is a 1971 Camaro, project car I started years ago.

The interior is apx. 80% finished, and has been custom made in solid oak dashboard and trim throughout the interior. The seats are freshly redone in maroon and dark blue velour, in the same color as the of the headliner and carpeting, pictured. All gauges are SW, the shifter is a B&M quicksilver, the rear seats were removed so that large speakers could be installed (they are not included) .

The body is in very good condition, the fiberglass panels were made by Barneys Corvettes Unlimited and all were professionally installed and have been on the car for many years, no cracks or seams at all. I had plans to do lots more modifications to the car but I lost interest in it and just never finished it. I am the 3rd owner and have had possession of the car for 35 years and it has always been stored in a garage at all times. The motor is a 350 bored .030 over making it a 355, it has a Wieand tunnel ram with duel 600cfm carbs, it only has about 1 hour or runtime on it, the trans is a turbo 400 and was freshly rebuilt. The differential is stock 10 bolt with 3:73 gears, it has Lakewood ladderbars attached. Every part was purchased new. Car has been sitting for apx. 27 years. Car still needs some body work to get it ready for paint. It has real 4 into 1 chrome headers and sidepipes which are in very good condition. The trunk is full of all the trim pieces.

If you like to play with cars this one could be finished for a few thousand dollars or many thousand dollars depending on what you want as the final car, it will be unique no matter what though.
