In 2002, Nissan stopped the productions of the S platform. The last model produced was a 2002 Nissan Silvia S15. A 2 door coupe and 2 door convertible S15 also was sold in Taiwan as the “AREX Elite 951”. The S15 series started its productions in 1999 and ended in 2002.
The 2002 Nissan Silvia S15 model features a 6-speed manual transmission. The car is powered by a 2.0-liter (1998 cc) 121.9 cu in SR20DET DOHC Turbo-I4 engine. The engine can produce up to 250 hp (184 kW) at 6400 rpm and torque of 202 lbs-ft (273.8 Nm) at 4800 rpm.
The model in the picture above is tuned with some nice modifications. The base model doesn’t look that good as this tuned model looks like. However, the base model looks pretty decent as well. It’s a nice sporty car with a quite powerful engine and fast acceleration. It is available in coupe and convertible versions only.

A 2.0-liter and 250 hp maybe doesn’t look that much, but the car is definitely fast. This Nissan can reach 0-100 km/h or ~0-60 mph in just 5.6 seconds. However, if you are a fan of high top speed, well, this car might can disappoint you about it. Top speed is 180 km/h which is equal to 111 mph.
