Five stunning automobiles, 1 Charger and 4 Challengers, have been captured in one, stunning shot during the Dodge 100th anniversary.
In celebration of this Dodge 100th anniversary, Dodge announced two commemorative special editions for 2014 – Dodge Challenger 100th Anniversary and Dodge Charger 100th Anniversary Edition. These two new cars feature 20-inches wheels, premium audio and unique design details, and of course 100th Anniversary badges.
The 2014 Dodge Charger 100th Anniversary Edition model will be available with two different engines – the 3.6-liter V6 producing 300 hp (220 kW) and the more powerful 5.7-liter HEMI V8 producing 370 hp (272 kW).
The 2014 Dodge Challenger 100th Anniversary Edition will be available with two options as well – either the V6 or V8 engines. However, Challenger buyers will have an option to choose a 6-speed manual transmission instead of an automatic. Charger buyers won’t be having this option.
I’m pretty sure that these two models should be a good news for Dodge fans. However, at this point, the fans probably are more interested in the 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat. The 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat will be more powerful than both, the 2014 Dodge Charger 100th Anniversary Edition and 2014 Dodge Challenger 100th Anniversary Edition, together. But who wouldn’t want to get their hands on a car which is made special for something like this Dodge 100th anniversary? Just knowing that it’s made for something special like this could make it more desirable than even the 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat is.
